Not like the photo and was too cold for Norway with the correct layering systems used for the price

Hey Ellen, thank you for your review! I’m sorry to hear the jacket didn’t meet your expectations and didn’t keep you warm in Norway. Our insulation is designed to be warm yet lightweight, offering good mobility and breathability for skiing and snowboarding. A proper layering system can really make a difference, especially when adapting to different conditions and activity levels! It can take some trial and error with a new jacket, as the insulation might not be the same you're used to. I see that you’ve already been in contact with our team and that a solution was offered. Hope to hear back from you soon

I am super happy with the jacket. Really beautiful and great quality! It's wide enough to wear a thick sweater underneath. The sleeves are wide enough (often the sleeves of other jackets with a sweater underneath are too tight for me), this is not the case here at all :)
The warmth: (as stated) it is not very thick but rather intended to be worn underneath if in doubt. As an estimate: I wore a sweater underneath this winter, which I didn't need with my previous jacket. But then I was nice and warm :)

Cool Jack just the right thickness for good weather and wide enough to wear warm clothes underneath. Pockets are exactly where you want and need them.
